Interlink Rewards Terms &
Conditions
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We reserve the right to add to and/or change the
Membership Rewards program (“program”) Terms &
Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that we
may change the number of points earned for spending, or
the number of points required to redeem rewards, impose
caps and/or fees on earning and/or redeeming points,
increase the annual and/or other program fees and/or
cancel rewards. In addition, we reserve the right to
terminate the program at any time, without notice. The
Interlink Rewards Member (“you”, “your” )right to earn
points and redeem accumulated points will terminate with
termination of the Interlink Rewards program.
ANNUAL FEES
1. There is a $25 annual fee for participation in the
program, except as otherwise provided below.
2. The annual fee for the program will be billed on the
enrollment date and thereafter billed automatically each
year on the enrollment date anniversary; it is not
refundable. The enrollment date will be considered the
day the program enrollment application processing is
completed by us. Failure to pay the annual fee within 30
days may result in termination of membership, and all
points earned to date will be forfeited.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The program is available to all customers of
Interlink Supply.
POINT ACCRUAL
1. Each member in the program will accrue one point in
his or her program account for every eligible dollar
spent at participating Interlink Supply locations
2. You will not accrue points in your program account
for the dollar amount of any charge processed by us
prior to the enrollment date or January 1, 2006.
3. Points accrued in your program account for any given
year will be carried forward on each enrollment date
anniversary, provided all other conditions set forth
herein have been met.
4. Points accrued in any program account do not
constitute property of the INTERLINK REWARDS MEMBER and
are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to
any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any
other account.
POINT REDEMPTION
1. The request for redemption of a reward must be made
by the Basic Interlink Rewards Member, an authorized
Additional Interlink Rewards Member or an individual
authorized by the Basic Interlink Rewards Member.
Requests for redemption of a reward must be initiated by
visiting www.interlinkrewards.com or by calling us at
1-800- 658-5314 ext 130.
2. Once accrued points in your program account have been
redeemed for a reward, the points cannot be converted
back into your program account.
POINT FORFEITURE FOR ACCOUNT
CANCELLATION
1. If for any reason we cancel your Account (including
because of bankruptcy or insolvency), any points accrued
in your program account will be forfeited.
2. If you voluntarily cancel enrollment in the
program your points will be forfeited.
